Interview with Jeffrey Davis, writing coach, editor, creativity consultant, and teacher. Davis is the author of the Psychology Today blog, Tracking Wonder and the books The Journey from the Center to the Page and City Reservoir: A Collection of Poems. Davis has stated: “Writing that reverberates with others’ deep imagination strikes me as authentic. It’s authentic because it comes from a source beyond the ego mind’s spinning wheels. Much authentic writing then is sensuous and sensual. Verbs lick us. Images ignite our imaginations. Suggestive diction caresses us.”
