Writing From the Heart & Soul
a workshop in Spiritual Writing taught by Donna Baier-Stein
This hands-on writing workshop will explore ways you can access and share your deepest wells of creativity. You’ll learn guided meditations, breathing exercises, and other centering techniques to help you come to the computer or pad of paper with clear mind and heart. Read old and new spiritual writers like Rumi, Mary Oliver, Hafiz, Whitman. And write your own poems, stories, memoirs in a supportive and nurturing community.
